  • 1 System Concept and Requirements:
    Techsailor will send an experienced team to work directly with our clients to understand a client's requirements as well as to offer advice on the feasibility, current industry standards and the target market. Our team offers solutions that focus on potential users and consider the overall user experience.
  • 2 System Specification and Proposal:
    After agreeing on a set of requirements, Techsailor devises document system specifications and functions. A proposal with system specifications, recommended options, a timeline and quotation will then be presented to our clients. The proposal will then be fine tuned and finalized with accordance to our client's interest and preference.
  • 3 System Preview:
    Techsailor develops a fundamental prototype preview and conducts a demo based on the proposal and presents it to clients. The objective is to ensure that the preview indeed meets our client's requirements.
  • 4 Development and Implementation:
    Once the prototype preview is approved, Techsailor officially starts the development process and implements the system specifications in accordance with the proposal.
  • 5 In-house Alpha Testing:
    Techsailor conducts rigorous in-house system testing during development and after completion of each function or module to ensure delivery of a quality product to our clients. This testing process is iterative throughout the process.
  • 6 Closed Beta Usability Evaluation
    At Techsailor, we know the most important customer is your customoer, the end user. Techsailor conducts closed usability evaluations with a strategically selected set of users to benchmark system usability as well as the overall user experience. This process also occurs throughout the process and feedback rolls back to the development process for fine-tuning system functions and features.
  • 7 Open Public Beta:
    With the conclusion of the closed beta test, the system publicly launchs and at Techsailor, it is crucial that this phase proceeds smoothly. We constantly monitor the progress of the system and obtain user feedback and make refinements. Techsailor fully understands that our client's timeline is of essence and thus our focus would be to constantly deliver quality work within the stipulated timeline.
