Objective

Zhonghai Properties wanted a more mobile real-time solution to aid their quality control technicians in record errors to be fixed before the handing it over to the home owners. Traditionally, this was done using pen and paper, which makes recording a hassle

Solution

We developed a solution that is truly a first of its kind in China. The Zhonghai Property Service App is an iPad app that allows the quality control technicians to report faults found within the housing unit in a very specific manner. The recorded errors will than updated on the company's database in real-time, reducing the time lapse between the time the error is found and the time when the service team is notified.
