Social Media Analyst

Date : 30/01/12

Objectives

  • Responsible for implementing social media strategies for clients.
  • Understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and help to create marketing content to use for social media purposes and in campaign microsites and social applications (e.g. Facebook apps).
  • Provide analysis and recommendations when campaign strategies are reviewed.
  • Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients' social media strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and objectives.
  • Generate reports and analytics of the campaign.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends and development.
  • Contribute to company's learning through weekly technology sharing sessions and all project closure meetings.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Articulate, polished, street-smart and creative. Strong writing skills.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media value adds to a business/brand.
  • Constantly updated with current web trends.
  • Industry knowledge: Web 2.0 and social media related platforms, technologies, applications, development and challenges.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
  • Ability to take on pressure and work under tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Resourceful, motivated, independent and takes initiative to fulfill tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Language: Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Senior Web Developer

Date : 31/12/11

Responsibilities

  • Provide, lead, innovate and inspire the next big thing in the digital & social media space.
  • Act as a technical advisor in discussions with team members or client with respect to back end systems and technologies.
  • Research and keep abreast of any Web 2.0, social media related platforms and technologies.
  • Be proactive in identifying and solving any back end development issues.
  • Plan, specify, configure and maintain service environments for a range of project scales and environments
  • Ready to work with different hosting solutions (AWS, dedicated hosting, managed hosting, etc.)

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience building social media applications (such as Facebook Application)
  • Experience working with common API's (Facebook, Twitter, Google Maps, etc.)
  • Proficiency with LAMP application development, knowledge of other web development platforms such as Microsoft.NET is a plus
  • Experience with various PHP web frameworks, experience in Cake PHP is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and strong analytical skills

Sales Executive (Outbound)

Date : 31/12/11

OBJECTIVE

To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and position the company as a key long-term business partner with clients. To understand the client’s business priorities, marketing and marcom directions, operation pressures and IT capabilities, and actively support the client with strategic social media planning. To position the company as the supplier of choice to the target prospects and proactively develop a pipeline of sales opportunities) 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new sales leads via platforms such as LinkedIn and networking events, while taking on inbound sales leads as assigned.
  • Visit customers and target prospects (including key decision makers) in line with the current sales strategy of the company. Attend meetings on time and professionally as well as execute effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Communicate directly with clients on requirements, challenges and restrictions and fashion proposals for clients’ social media plans.
  • Work closely with Projects Director on post-sale project handover (including project requirements, budget and timeline).
  • Avoid overpromising: Align clients’ expectations to the service capabilities of Techsailor.
  • Account Management: Manage all communications with clients at different time lines of the project lifecycle. Work closely with Project Manager to ensure alignment in project scope and actual project delivery. To act as escalation point for major issues on the clients service or project delivery.
  • Contribution to strategy: Annual sales pipeline by industry, territory and purpose. Suggest and make changes to company’s sales and marketing collateral where required to stay relevant. Continuously seek opportunities to value-add to existing clients with Techsailor’s additional services and offerings.
  • Shortlist and develop suitable/relevant clients into long term sales channels
  • Contribute to company’s learning through weekly technology sharing sessions and all project closure meetings.
  • Attend periodic sales reviews including quarterly sales meetings with the rest of the sales team in order to monitor progress, agree on upcoming actions and specific objectives for the following quarter.
  • Attend regular approved seminars and conferences to keep abreast of social and mobile media developments in the industry.
  • Inform customers about recent developments of our company and services by means of mailings, customer visits and events.
  • To ensure compliance with sales processes, documentation, reporting and pipeline management tool and account plans

Account Manager

Web Designer

If you have an eye for aesthetics and get the satisfaction from people benefiting from the user interfaces you create, then our creative team wants you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces of customer communities, campaign microsites and social applications (e.g. Facebook Apps)
  • Liaise with lead designer and project managers during designing and implementation stage.
  • Deliver design wireframes, mockups or complete web pages
  • Work with slicers and designers across offices in Singapore and China.

Requirements:

  • No. 1: Priority! An impressive and solid portfolio of works(online or physical).
  • Any degree or diploma cert or equivalent in Web Design, Digital Media or related fields will be a bonus.
  • Relevant work experience in Web Design/Web UI
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, CSS and HTML.
  • Proficiency in Javascript, Ajax and Flash.
  • Well-versed with Social Media tools, Blogging Platforms and constantly updated with current web trends.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
