Job Scope:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key decision-makers in the clients’ organizations.
- Communicates directly with clients on requirements and working out an implementation plan for online customer engagement, be it social media or customer communities.
- Understand and translate customers’ requirements into detailed documentations and roll-out plans.
- Constantly manage and align clients’ expectations with project objectives to ensure the project stays on scope and timeline.
- Works closely with Project Manager to on project deliverables and timeline.
- Continuously seek opportunities to value-add to existing clients with Techsailor’s additional services and offerings.
- Be involved in sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and appreciation of Web 2.0 and Social Media related Technologies, Applications and Development.
- Strong conversational and writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Team player.
- Background/Relevant experiences in Web, Project Management, Development or Customer Management
- Able to take on pressure and work under tight schedules and deadlines.
- Strong people and social skills as well as innate ability build rapport with people.
- Resourceful, motivated and takes initiative to fulfill their tasks.
- Singaporeans and Foreigners welcomed.
