Google + appearing on Google?

Google has always been the go-to search engine for most web users. In order to consolidate its appeal, it recently enhanced its search engine to incorporate their new social platform, Google+.   So the next time you are searching for recommendations on Google, you could simply find someone on Google+ who has had prior experience with the product or service, and ask them for their feedback and opinions!

Tumblr : The next platform for businesses?

Many companies that use blogs are often on Wordpress or Blogger. However, companies should seriously start considering delving into a “new” platform for their business: Tumblr.

Tumblr has two key features that will appeal to businesses: a built-in tagging system and easy sharing capabilities (which allows information to be easily shared and reblogged), and the relative ease of setting up a user account.

While Tumblr’s primary users are youths in US, it has since garnered a growing userbase from other countries, including Singapore. If you are in the photography or fashion business, you might want to try using the platform to help you market your services to potential clients.
